Retirar y reservar. Sin lavar el vaso introducir el tomate, cilantro, sal y pimienta triturar 1 minuto, veloc. 5. Incorporar el resto de los ingredientes, menos la cebolla ni el hueso, y vuelva a programar 1 minuto, veloc. 5. Verter la mezcla en un cuenco, añada la cebolla reservada y mezclar bien. Retirar. Poner en el vaso el gofio, la leche, la nata y mezclar durante 12-15 segundos a velocidad 5. Con el vaso limpio y bien frío montar las claras a punto de nieve. Para ello poner la mariposa y las claras junto con una pizca de sal y unas gotas de limón montar unos 2-3 minutos a velocidad 2. (Hasta que estén a punto de nieve). Ten en cuenta que las claras deben estar consistentes para que no se bajen. Incorpora los huevos, licor, leche, mantequilla y la harina. Mezcla todos juntos 40 seg, a veloc. 4.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Una vez que coja textura de crema, añade la levadura en polvo y programa 20 seg, a veloc. 6 n 2 veces. Engrasa la Tartera y divide la masa resultante en tres tercios.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Mezcla sólo un tercio de la masa con el cacao 10 segundos, a velocidad 4. Vierte la mitad de la masa sin cacao en la tartera. Añade encima la capa de masa con cacao y cubre de nuevo con una última capa sin cacao.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Hornea unos 45 minutos, a 170º, en horno precalentado. Una vez terminado Retira, desmolda y deja templar. Incorporar la harina y la sal, mezclar 15 seg., voc. 6 y a continuación programar 3 min., vaso cerrado, veloc. espiga.&lt;br /&gt;Darle a la masa la forma deseada (también puede utilizarse un molde previamente untado con aceite). hacerle unos cortes y pintar la superfice con leche, Dejar que doble su volumen.&lt;br /&gt;Introducir el pan en el horno, previamente precalentado a 200º, entre 15 a 30 minutos. Poner en el vaso el chocolate troceado y dar 5 golpes de turbo y a continuacion, pase a la velocidad 9, 6 segundos. Viertalo en un cuenco y reservar.&lt;br /&gt;Ponga la mariposa. Poner el azucar y los huevos en el vaso y progamar 5 minutos a 40º velocidad 3. Añada la mantequilla y el chocolate y mezcle 6 segundos velocidad 2. Incorpore la harina, la levadura, y la sal y progame8 segundos, velocidad 2. Quite la mariposa. Retire el vaso de la maquina, incorporar las nueces y mezclelas con la espatula.&lt;br /&gt;Engrase el molde. De anillas de calamar&lt;br /&gt;250 gr. De fideos de fideera&lt;br /&gt;Para el fumée&lt;br /&gt;250 gr. De gambas&lt;br /&gt;500 gr. de agua&lt;br /&gt;Para el sofrito&lt;br /&gt;50 gr. De aceite&lt;br /&gt;2 dientes de ajo&lt;br /&gt;40 gr. de cebolla&lt;br /&gt;100 gr. De pimiento verde&lt;br /&gt;100 gr. De tomate natural triturado&lt;br /&gt;1 cucharadita de pimiento choricero&lt;br /&gt;Perejil, azafrán, sal y pimienta&lt;br /&gt;Colocar el agua y las cáscaras de las gambas: 5 minutos, 100º, velocidad 4. Sacar y reservar&lt;br /&gt;Colocar los ingredientes del sofrito en el vaso, trocear unos 4 segundos a velocidad 5 y después sofreir 5 minutos, varoma, velocidad 4.&lt;br /&gt;Añadir el caldo del fumée al sofrito: 7 minutos, 100º, velocidad 1, para que el caldo hierva. Reservar.&lt;br /&gt;Escaldar las zanahorias peladas en agua hirviendo con sal durante 3 minutos. Sacar y reservar.&lt;br /&gt;En la misma agua sumerger las acelgas o espinacas y escaldarlas durante 3 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;Introducir las zanahorias y las acelgas o espinacas en el vaso de la thermomix y picar todo junto durante unos segundos a velocidad 4. Reservar.&lt;br /&gt;Picar la cebolla de 4 a 6 segundos a velocidad 4. Agregar la mantequilla y el aceite y programar 5 minutos -Varoma -velocidad 1.&lt;br /&gt;Añadir los calabacines, las zanahoria, las acelgas o espinacas y programar otros 5 minutos - varoma - velocidad 1.&lt;br /&gt;Sacar del vaso de la thermomix y verterlo todo en un bol donde habremos batido los huevos con la harina, sal, pimienta, nuez moscada y tres cucharadas de queso rallado. Mezclar todo junto.&lt;br /&gt;Untamos un molde bajo con mantequilla y vertemos la masa. Saque y reserve.&lt;br /&gt;· Limpie los champiñones, y trocee 3 segundos a la misma velocidad. Saque y reserve.&lt;br /&gt;· Pele las gambas, trocee los cuerpos con la tijera y reserve (con las cáscaras y las cabezas puede hacer un fumet)&lt;br /&gt;· Sin lavar el vaso, eche el agua, aceite y sal. Introduzca el cestillo con los ajos y el laurel y programe 8 minutos, temperatura Varoma, velocidad 1.&lt;br /&gt;· Cuando empiece a hervir, eche el arroz, los guisantes, las zanahorias y el champiñón por el bocal y programe 15 minutos, temperatura Varoma, velocidad 4, removiendo de vez en cuando con la espátula.&lt;br /&gt;· Saque el cestillo y extienda el arroz en una fuente plana.&lt;br /&gt;· Saque el agua de cocer el arroz, agregue el aceite del 2º paso, la cebolla y los ajos, trocee 4 segundos en la velocida 4 y programe 5 minutos, temperatura Varoma, velocidad 1. Añada los cuerpos de las gambas y programe 2 minutos más a la misma temperatura y velocidad.
